Júlia Mir Pedrol

Júlia Mir Pedrol is a Bioinformatician currently based at the Quantitative Biology Centre, University of Tübingen, Germany. Working as a Python developer for nf-core tools and actively contributing to the development of nf-core/crisprseq, a pipeline for CRISPR-Cas9 analysis. She joined the nf-core core team in 2022. Prior to this, Júlia's work involved the analysis of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data from human and bacterial samples, alongside the development of Nextflow pipelines. Júlia will be presenting a talk titled "nf-validation: a Nextflow plugin to validate pipeline parameters and input files" and a poster titled "CRISPR gene editing analysis with nf-core/crisprseq: A pipeline for targeted and screening experiment".
