Raquel Manzano

Raquel is a part-time bioinformatician and PhD student at the University of Cambridge. She is based as Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute where she is developing her research on intratumoral heterogeneity in breast cancer. Raquel will present talk titled "Development of an Integrated DNA and RNA Variant Calling Pipeline".
