Gesa Voigt
Master student at the Institute for Computational Biomedicine
Gesa is a master student in the group of Denis Schapiro, which is highly involved in the nf-core community and focuses on spatial omics technologies and analyses. As part of her master thesis, Gesa is working on implementing data processing of the spatial transcriptomics platform Seq-Scope as an nf-core pipeline. She holds a B.Sc. in Molecular Medicine from the University of Göttingen, and is currently enrolled at the University of Heidelberg.
