From research to surveillance: Leveraging WGS for precision public health in high TB burden setting

Leveraging the recent advances in WGS analysis of Tuberculosis data to empower public health surveillance in TB endemic areas (such as Brazil and South Africa) using the MAGMA pipeline. In the session we will showcase how the pipeline facilitates surveillance and how it is being integrated into national health information systems.
