Alexander Peltzer is a Principal Scientist in Clinical Bioinformatics at Boehringer Ingelheim. He's been working on making open-source tooling and pipelines applicable to large-scale project work at Boehringer for multiple years now and tries to employ open-source tooling in regulatory environments by improving the adoption of such tooling. He's a co-founder of nf-core and ever since an active contributor to various open-source pipelines across the community.
