Annick Renevey

Bioinformatician at Clinical Genomics Stockholm
Annick Renevey is a bioinformatician at Clinical Genomics Stockholm, affiliated with both Karolinska Institute and SciLifeLab. She currently serves as the main developer of nf-core/rnafusion, and focuses on implementing nextflow-based pipelines in clinical settings. Prior to her role at Clinical Genomics Stockholm, Annick worked as a bioinformatician at the Bernhard-Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine in Hamburg. There, she contributed to monitoring human transmissions of various viruses in West Africa, including for example Ebola, Lassa, Marburg, and SARS-CoV-2. Annick earned her PhD in Physical Chemistry from ETH Zurich working on protein simulations.
