Carolin Schwitalla is a PhD student at the Center for Quantitative Biology (QBiC) in Tübingen and works on reproducible machine learning and image analysis. She currently develops an analysis pipeline for light sheet microscopy images using nextflow. After a BSc in biochemistry, she switched from the “wet lab” to the “dry lab” and continued her academic career with an MSc in bioinformatics.
