Igor comes from Warsaw, Poland. In 2021, he started a bachelor's degree in bioinformatics at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. Since 2022 he has worked at the Center for Genomic Regulation in Cedric Notredame's lab. His research is centered around evolutionary and comparative genomics.
