James is a Post Doc bioinformatician with a background in metagenomics, ancient DNA, and oral microbiomes He is currently lead developer and co-maintainer of a variety of nf-core pipelines in this area, and helps coordinate the community in his role as a nf-core/core team member and nf-core/maintainers team co-lead.
