Kübra Narcı, is a bioinformatician at The German Human Genome-Phenome Archive, developing and applying cutting-edge genomic analysis techniques to store and share genomic and phenotypic data from human research projects. She uses the Nextflow framework, a tool for developing and executing complex data analysis workflows, to create robust and scalable solutions for data analysis challenges. She has been entitled as Nextflow Ambassador for the last 6 months.
With a PhD in Medical Informatics from Middle East Technical University (METU), Turkey, She developed innovative methods for analyzing cancer data using network analysis, differential expression, and clustering. Previously, She worked at Seven Bridges Genomics in Ankara, Turkey, optimising bioinformatics pipelines for next-generation sequencing.
