Kresimir Bestak is a PhD student in Computational Biomedicine working in bioinformatics at University Hospital Heidelberg. Kresimir's current work involves Nextflow pipeline development and processing large antibody-based datasets in the context of spatial biology. He has experience in image processing, spatial omic analysis, single-cell RNA sequencing, and mathematical modeling. He finished his bachelor in molecular biology at the University of Zagreb and his MSc in systems biology at Heidelberg University.
