PhD Candidate at the Quantitative Biology Center and the Department for Peptide-Based Immunotherapy
Mark Polster is a PhD candidate at the Quantitative Biology Center and the Department for Peptide-based Immunotherapy in Tuebingen. He focuses on correlating the T-cell receptor repertoire to the Immunopeptidome and on integrating T-cell receptor sequencing data into the peptide-based vaccination workflow. To do so, among other things, he works on the nf-core/airrflow pipeline. After completing a BSc in Biology and a MSc in Bioinformatics, he joined QBiC and the PBI in 2023.
