As a bioinformatician at the German Human Genome-Phenome Archive (GHGA) and the Stegle Lab at DKFZ, Sameesh builds automated data pipelines and analyzes spatially resolved datasets. He integrates multi-omics approaches to understand medical conditions, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and dry lab techniques to uncover deep patterns in biological data. Additionally, Sameesh participates in consortium projects focused on infrastructure building, creating standardized and reproducible workflows to facilitate downstream data analytics.
