Till started with studying Biochemistry (BSc) and finishing with an MSc in Bioinformatics, enabling me to gain deeper knowledge in hands-on laboratory work as well as computational problems. His undergraduate and graduate studies were highly focused on post-translational modifications and microbial proteomics. Short-term employment at AIRNA Bio Germany GmbH opened up the field of NGS. He started working at QBiC in 2022, mainly on project-focused data analysis of metagenomics and metatranscriptomics, as well as development of nf-core/metapep. In the summer of 2024, he will start working on the nf-co2footprint plugin getting more involved in development.
