Jonathon Keeney

Jonathon Keeney is a Research Assistant Professor at George Washington University, where he is the lead for the High-performance Integrated Virtual Environment (HIVE) bioinformatics platform, a Co-PI on the FDA-funded ARGOS2 project to develop a database of regulatory-grade infectious disease genomes, the BioCompute project, and other privately funded projects. He was the Secretary of the Working Group that standardized BioCompute, and acted as a liaison with the FDA during and after the standardization process.
