Price/performance of different cloud strorage options for Nextflow workflows

The cloud gives you the option to leverage different types of storage for your workflows, with different performance and cost characteristics. Specifically, we are interested in running price/performance benchmarks using Amazon S3 object storage as a baseline for parallel NFS systems (Amazon FSx and Amazon EFS). We report the benchmark results from several nf-core NextFlow pipelines.
