James Fellows Yates
Postdoctoral Bioinformatician at the Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and Infection Biology and Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology
James Fellows Yates is a postdoctoral bioinformatician developing pipelines focusing on metagenomics and microbiomes, as well as high-throughput palaeogenomics. He is a member of the nf-core core team, and the lead developer for nf-core/eager, nf-core/funcscan, and nf-core/taxprofiler.
James will be presenting his work titled “Efficient parallel taxonomic profiling for metagenomics with nf-core/taxprofiler”.
