Luca is a bioinformatician at Centre for Genomic Regulation’s bioinformatics facility since 2010, he got a Ph.D. in Italy and is mainly interested in NGS technologies and developing new tools for this aim. He is a strong advocate of the use of Nextflow and containers and he is teaching about them since 2018
Luca will be co-presenting his work titled “The Spinning Jenny: a nextflow pipeline for an Agent Based Model of the First Industrial Revolution”.
