Raul is a physics graduate from ITESM in Mexico. He obtained an MS in Biophysics from Washington University St. Louis, where he studied protein structural models. He worked as a production Bioinformatician at CNAG-CRG and is currently part of the CASM Informatics support group at the Sanger Institute.
Raul will be presenting his work titled “From zero to Nextflow, bringing Nanorate (NanoSeq) into a workflow”.
