Sam has a background in Structural Biology. Currently, his main interests include robust, well-tested, and well-documented software development for the life sciences. As co-founder of Goodwright he doesn’t have a formal job title, but oversees the development of their new Nextflow-based Flow web app, as well as other related software.
Sam will be presenting his work titled “Flow - The Open, Nextflow-Based, Sequencing Analysis Platform”.
