Venkat Malladi

Venkat Malladi is a Senior Scientist – Bioinformatics with Microsoft, with expertise in high-throughput sequencing analysis and reproducible software development. He is currently working on improving implementation and distribution of genomic analysis pipelines to facilitate reproducibility in Azure under Microsoft Genomics. He works with the open-source community to identify appropriate gaps and features to improve usability.
